I was not the biggest Zuko fan the first time I watched through Avatar. But the second time I watched the series I really saw the appeal his character had, especially in the latter half of the second book and the third book.
That being said, after watching it a third time I'm sure of the fact that my favourite character is Aang. But that's just the awesome thing about Avatar and Korra, all the characters have an appeal 8D
