Con updates, new FDP videos, FDP's Korra seriesWe're buckling down with costume making and filming in preparation for our end of August con-a-pooloza XD it's 3 cons almost one after the other! Super stoked for all three cons but at the moment I'm just hoping that we get everything done (and that wigs arrive on time!!! D

I miss our Alcon peeps so bad D: it's been too long!!! Can't wait to introduce :iconvaldrein: to all the awesome Alcon peeps that we met last year and hopefully a bunch of new faces this year! And of course I can't wait to hang with the Parle crew again! I've missed their sweet yet robust faces, CHinforming before my eyes whilst battling nipple-less spectres.
I'll be posting my costume plans as soon as I get the remaining wigs I need, it all comes down to the wigs man!!!!

Just letting you guys know that I'm still alive. And I also want another journal with the kitty skin. I've just been very busy because school has been........eventful. In addition to other things piling on top, I haven't exactly been in an ideal place. But fortunately, my last day is next Friday and a lot of things should be cleared up after that for a long while, so hopefully I'll be more active.

It's been a while since I haven't written any journal but lots of stuffs happened o.O'

Well last week end I went to Paris manga for 1 day only because well life kept me busy orz
The con itself is not becoming better I would say ; the hall is small , dark the space is badly used well
hopefully people are here to level the con up tehee
Indeed we made a Ao no Exorcist group with , :iconblack--deamon: as Rin ; :iconmatsuki6918: as Bon ; :iconscarxd: as Satan Yuri and myself as Yukio.
It was really fun to hang around with them it's been a while since we made a nice group like this one.
The only thing that irritated me was that didn't have the time to finish everything on my cosplay for the con DD: but I will work on it later on and really finish the thing.

Sorry I couldn't go earlier on the internet. It's still a little hard actually, my connexion is pretty bad.
I MOVED. I'm not living in France anymoar I'm now across the ocean, in the United-States! ö
I'm gonna study theater here, for 2 years.
Classes haven't started yet, though I'm quite stressed because I still have a lot of administrative stuff to do (ah and I also have to pick a class before next Tuesday... but I don't know what to take =S stress stress stress! )
And auditions for the theater plays are on Tuesday too DDD': Fortunately I memorized my monologue already ;w;
Even though I'm gonna be quite busy with studies, I'm gonna continue cosplay... I have 3 to 4 projects... I'd like to do so much more but I don't think it's gonna be possible for me ;___; And since I don't have a car, I'm gonna have a hard time shopping for fabric too ^^'

I was Bak... and I really need to re-make the pants. Before the masquerade I lost my hat on my way to the restroom and started freaking out (that hat literally makes the cosplay). I don't know how long I was looking for it (along with Den Mamma and other nice people) before this amazing girl (also in the green room for the masquerade) found it! Thank you so much! <3

Hey everyone~Sorry about being so quiet here on my journals!
Let's give you the run down of Saboten....it went by way to freaking fast! Showed up the first day in Sandplay which was again a blast to wear! I love that big poofy ball gown! We went to a Vocaloid gathering photoshoot meetup thing with :iconAlmost-Focused: which was really cool! There were so many Vocaloid cosplayers <3 Go check out his page if you want to see the amazing amount of beautiful cosplayers in that one shot~ After that we headed off to our panel and blasted through that, was so much fun I love meeting new people and our fans, JUST SO MUCH FUN! We also had the amazing pleasure of meeting :iconpikminlink: if you don't know who she is go look at her page now please you are missing out on the awesomeness!
Day 2 was of course our D. Gray Man cosplays <3 So much love for these even though we sweat to death! The morning was crazy getting everyone ready for our judging panels and barging into our friends hotel room XD They are

I've personally never been that busy in my whole life. College is taking away my free time DD:
I'm really happy with what I'm doing though! I got cast in one of the two productions the theater department in producing this semester. The show is Alice's Trip (so it's in the Wonderland universe) and there's a lot of dancing too, so now I'm also working out very hard every night in rehearsal x) But it's gonna be great I'm really excited!
And I have now a new computer \(*^*)/
The other one I had was really old and I could barely used it for more that 45 minutes, i couldn't do anything it was really annoying!
So now i just need to get used to the American keyboard xD
I also received my SEWING-MACHINE!!! I'm really happy I could start a new project at last ;^; I miss cosplay a lot!

Saboten Con Line-Up and Stuff!Yeah!  Stuff!
So Saboten is in a week.  Thankfully I'm not frantically trying to get stuff done because for the most part...it is done.  Speaking of not trying to get stuff done--I'm in a really tough and demanding semester, so I won't be sewing very much.  I'm taking a little break until December or otherwise stated.  So we'll see what happens then.
But anyway, Saboten is coming up and I'm most definitely looking forward to it!  I'm particularly excited for this year for a number of reasons.  One: it's probably the best con in Arizona, two: it's in a new, fabulous location, three: we have fabulous panels selected, four: we have an awesome skit lined up for the masquerade, and five: *pikminlink, the cosplayer I look up to the most is going to be a guest there.

Belated Anime Expo '12 ReportSorry for the lack of updates and inactiveness, guys.

  I've just been generally unmotivated for everything, but I figured I'd buckle down and get this journal over with. XD;  Here's my report from Anime Expo a month ago!
Thursday:
We drove for six hours.  I hate long car rides, so I made myself sleep for a lot of it.  After that we stood in lines.  Very long lines.  But I'm glad we went up a whole day early just to get our tickets because it was nice walking in the next day without having to worry about lines.  The volunteers running the lines were good sports, though. XD  Our original plans to go to the beach fell through because we arrived a little later than expected and by the time we finished standing in line, it was too late. :C  So instead, we decided to get Subway, and watch Spanish soap operas.
Friday:

Emerald City Comic Con

Some of us will be at Emerald City Comic Con in March! I just bought tickets so I'm excited that plans for this con are actualizing

Not 100% sure on cosplay plans yet, that'll come a bit closer to the date.

One thing about this con is that it comes 2 weeks after a rather intensive surgery I am having, so I'm not sure how mobile I will be at the con. I'm hoping that I'll be in good enough shape to really enjoy the con, but nevertheless it will be amazing to get to see hang out with good friends at ECCC

really looking forward to it as fun times and a new experience con-wise!
