Back from Aki Con. I can't remember the last time I had such a blast at a con. Aki con always delivers. Such a hangout con :3 My face hurts from all the laughing and my voice hurts from all the talking! I was so happy to meet so many new people! Thank you to everyone who came up to say hi! SO MANY HUGS INTIMACY!

Friday:
Woke up around 7, packed and *VandorWolf and I went downtown to catch our bus. The transit down to Seattle was flawless! The boarder was no hassle, all I got questioned about was my Visa from a few years ago from when I was in school in Wisconsin. We got to Seattle and got a ride to Bellevue with a friend of a friend. Thanks again to Gakupo! You were a lifesaver We got the the con and changed into Sorata (me) and Arashi (*VandorWolf) from X/1999. The Pokemon battle was that night, and ~is-teh-lurvz and I derped it up as the unholy Double Psyduck OMG! Spat all over out opponents with our bubble attack and made our Misty (*VandorWolf) hang her head in shame. It was a beauftiful disaster. Thanks to ~airika for inviting us to join! I hope you were pleased with our lack of dignity and grotesque appearance and sweat :3

Saturday:
LABYRINTH. This was the morning that my dream came true and *Valdrein dressed as Jareth's Dong. She ratified her position as my bro that day, I weapt with respect and joy. We took photos with *kolibri-chan's daughter as Toby, she didn't recognize me behind the ridiculous. Note to self: Don't wear Jareth around babies, they seem to have an instinctive knowledge that you are trying to steal them and make them into a Muppet goblin. *VandorWolf, my lovley Sarah Thank you for putting up with so much creeping from the Goblin King and his Dong.  And yes, I managed to wear my Jareth boots on the wrong feet. I really don’t have an excuse for this. I just suck in every facet of my life.
I judged the Final Fantasy Fight Tournament with :devPacific-Pyro:, ~ManaFromHeaven, *VandorWolf and an adorable Pikachu. Such amazing entires, especially the first timers. It was so entertaining! Thanks as always to ~rifa for MCing and ~Kenshiro-FDP and *Weatherstone for organizeing the tournament. It's an FDP event but Kenshiro is the mastermind and deserves utmost credit for it. We just underling around XD At one point "Team We -Can't-Think-Of-A-Name" summoned "David Bowie". At first I turned around to look for the other David Bowie in the room. There was no other David Bowie… Then I realized that I was cosplaying David Bowie as Jareth. I tried to throw a cosplayer up in the air like a baby. Failed.
Saturday night we had a room party with *VandorWolf, ~is-teh-lurvz, ~Heimdallll, *Valdrein ~Satsori, !PhantomThief, ~Kran-it, ~ManaFromHeaven And by room party I mean we ordered pizza and talked for 3 hours. SO MUCH LAUGHING my abs ached. SO MUCH BONDING.

Sunday:
Kingdom hearts day! I woke up early (unaware of daylight savings…) and I touched up the Sora wig. I got changed into Sora and smiled stupidly in the mirror at myself. I’ve wanted to cosplay Sora for a long time *VandorWolf was Kairi and we met up with our Riku (:devis-the-lurvz: ) and had a photoshoot at “Destiny Island” (the pool, it had SOME palm trees ). Had terribly wonderful chilidog, suggested to me by ~kagomeyasha with the promise that it would end badly. It did, and I got to the bathroom in time to realize that I was wearing a one piece jumper under my costume. FANTASTIC, but the deed was done after much frantic stipping in the bathroom stall.  We then did a photoshoot with ~Kran-it and !PhantomThief’ at :devis-the-lurvz:’s  creek (it’s her creek, she dug it out herself on magical Saturday night, you need a waiver before you can enter, and you need to bring an offering, usually virgins). Thanks to ~SydkneeBean and Glesty for joining us as Tinkerbell and Peter Pan, it was so kickass to meet you both!
The day ended too soon and we had to head home. Ended up in a car that had one too many people in it and had to lay across the backseat. Ass in ~UserAndTheUsed face, feet in *VandorWolf’s face and head in ~artamisalbrya’s lap.  I’m so sorry for everyone who had to experience my body on that car ride...
Had dinner, then raced to the bus and made it just in time! Literally… the bust was just leaving as we got there XD. YEAH FOR OREGON DRIVERS! Never failing Thanks again to !PhantomThief and ~Kran-it for driving us to Seattle!

All in all, fantastic con! And again, thank you to everything who came up and said hi! I was so honored. If I were you I would have wanted to avoid that kid in the shitty costumes who’s pretty damn obnoxious (me). Can’t wait till next year!
