So, no more drunk rants for me, sorry about that, but it was probabaly good for me to get that all out, even if it meant i was miserable for 2 days. Thanks to everyone for all the loving an supportive comments, i really do feel loved and i thank you all for that because it almost brought me to tears when i read all of the amazing and compassionate things, advice and get well gifts people posted.

I'm fine, I'm just super stressed, but I get my marks back tonight, so hopefully some of that will be alleviated, and then I leave Edmonton (and the family wedding hell) tommorrow. I should have never come.

And to , thank you so much for talking to me and worrying about me. It meant so much that you called (even if i didnt pick up... LONG DISTNACE UBER COSTS XD) after your read my journal. Talking to you really calmed me down and brushed away my fears, I feel so much better Having friends like you and Naru and knowing that you care and that you've been through the same sorts of things as me and uchihayuna means so much to me. CHEESE i know, but it' been an emotional weekend XD

First off, thank god everything got worked out. Last night was the worst night of my life, but it's all better now

11 days left till the epic trip with Uchihayuna, Val, and another one of our friends, but sadley that means that in the in-between time I have to go home *SHUDDERS*

I haven't seen my parents since Easter, so this should be interesting, and this weekend I'm being dragged off to go to my cousin's wedding... also interesting. Hope the family nose manages to stay out of my business, hope nobody guilts me about hockey and most of all I hope I manage to keep myself occupied.

And I guess while I'm at home I'll rent movies, lots o' movies... go for walks... on computer... blahhh. I honestly don't know why they want me to come home anyway, once I'm there they don't pay attention to me anyway XD

I came back from work yesterday and logged on to DA and saw a comment that simply said "le FDp fanclub" with an icon that looked like ours for the FDP DA page. At first I was like, " ITS A TRAP!!" thinking Val had done.... something boxish. However i clicked and I found that a group of our wonderful fans had started a fanclub for FDP!!!

I was actually so honored and happy, it's fantastic to know that people appreciate what we do, LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

One week back from Sakura Con and guess what I didn this weekend!?

... no it's definitly not walrus courtship, as much of a dream of mine that is

I MADE MORE COSPLAY!!! *trumpets* I sat down today and finished two wigs (Ichigo and the Loveless cosplay) and they both look really good I think XD

Ichigo was a gong show, halfway through cutting it I was SO SURE that it wasn't going to work. I had to do an entierly new technique and bascially just make it up as I went in order to make the wig I was working with cooperate (it's rather difficult to make the cosworx "shaggy" wigs spike at the top because of the circular middle part... BLECH). Plus I was working with new hair glue, which happend to work wonders in the spikeing department, and my new technique with my Got 2 B hair spray actually worked wonders as well. I think I'll use that technique in the future YAY FOR INVENTION!!

But Ichigo is a surprisingly hard wig to do WELL, and I was incredibly determined to not be another one of "those" Ichigos with craptastic wigs. As with most costumes (but especailly with Ichigo) I think that the wig makes the cosplay ^^
But now both uchihayuna and I have our wigs, so hopefully you'll see some photos coming up REAAALLL SOOONNN (and by real i dont mean fake... just to be specific)

And then there was the Loveless cosplay wig. Not telling who it is, it's a surprise *sideways glance and sneaky shuffle*. Anyway, that wig took a fraction of the time because it needed so much less fighting with, cutting and most importantly spikeing XD.

Well it was big, it was huge and it was enormous... but Sakura Con was AWESOME SAUCE all over. It was more than a little cramped for time with all the cosplays we had, but we managed to somehow get ALLOT of pictures in each of them... so many that uploading them makes me vomit... just a little... but its a happy kind of vomit.

BEST TIMEZ:

- Meeting Vic Magnognia (or whatever his last name is XD) and having him take pics with Val as Dark and call her a "good person". THEN we showed him our group DN Angel cosplays on Lazlo's camera and he exclaimed "Oh! Look at the cute little Daisuke!" then i told him it was me and got an attack hug. The he told us to get out of "stupid Naruto cosplay" and back into DN Angel

- D. Gray Man standing in the middle of the con floor for the longest time ever. It was just so epically hard to travel in that group it made me laugh long time XD

- Bakugan in the hotel room and Val's Prime Minister campaign

- Wearing the Naruto Yukatas, we got such wonderful comments from people, the only one I can specifically remember is "you two are so beautiful" ^^

- Lazlo, Eurobeat King, Clint, Brandon and Panda's wonderful pictures which I can't WAIT to see ^^

- MEETING DA PEOPLE!!! Im sad we didnt get to see Keekerz in particular, but we got to meet Shadows Macrbe and we sand happy birthday to Meeshy XD

- HANGING WITH KOI, with the 10 epicly spontanious fights, the table incident, Destiny... basically everything. Pretty much good times painted with rainbow jelly, it was really great to get to meet our American Sasu and Naru counterparts XD... in america

It's almost here! And we just realized that our timeing is going to be REALLY cramped...so what sucks is we can no longer do our skit. Our D.Gray Man shoot runs right into the skits, and we couldn't make it work... *sigh* we'll compensate and perform it/upload it when we have the chance, otherwise, if we're able, we'll try to perform it at another convention

Anyway, here's my cosplay plan:

I was looking through uchihayuna's photos of us takeing photos from this Sunday so I thought I'd do a little journal entry dedicated to our lovley photographers .

I'm not sure if many people know how a photoshoot works, or if anyone's interested for that matter, but I thought this might be something cool (and I've figured out how to insert images XD)

"Prep"



This photoshoot maybe have been a special case with the kabuki makeup, but usually it takes us about an hour to get ready. Uchihayuna has to tape her legs, kolibri has to put on white foundation and her creepy snake contacts, i have to style my hair (and nomrally do whiskers) and in this case winged-maniac is helping ^^. She's been doing allot of our makeup recently, from kabuki-faces to curesed marks (and more power to her, cause it's hard enough getting me to stop violently spasming around)

"Walking"



We walk to out photoshoot locations and see if there's anything along the way that catches our eye. And being out for a public stroll always attracts awesome attention... so we let the pedo walk up front XD.

We're used to Weratherstone and kolibri moving us like manniquins at shoots XD. It's the artists eyes, they know best XD

And when it's not our turn to take photos, we play javelin throwing with dead bamboo and claim land in the name of Konoha.

Both kolibri and Weratherstone were behind the camera yelling at me because we needed more ANGRYYY for the photo. This is why we crack up so much in photos, there's only so much insulting screaming you can take before it becomes funny XD. But hey, it works!

Again examineing photos before going in for another shoot. You never quite know how to pose until the photographer's taken a few test shots ^__^

And that's the end! A short summery in pictures of a normal photoshoot Looking at the photos myself, ive really never realized before how much work goes into them, it's really allot of time and effort, but I guess we're all just so used to it XD

It's approaching too quick =__= AHHHHHH *runs away* XD

Anyway, the most popular ideas were Panda and Kyuubi Naruto, however i've come up with a new one that you all might like.
You know the make-up Naruto does in the second episode or so? When he gets his picture taken with the full kabuki make up? I wanted to do a pose like that with the full make up for 20 000. Also, we're planning a kyuubi shoot with AG and Yuna in their ANGRY forms later XD
And kolibri wants to do panda Nartuo now, so we're gonna do that another time as well ^^

So here's my proposal. Im going to do the panda and kyuubi shots, but for 20 000, i'd like to do the kabuki makeup pic.

So I'm sitting in a random computer lab, killing time, and all of a sudden i feel all sentimental XD

Kei Kon this weekend, and over to Van Island we go!!! Can't wait, it should be both awesome and saucey (and not JUST because AG's there... tho that does help XD)

We've got a good 2 hrs on the ferry to practice for our skit, so we wont be BOARD... but I still wanna bring monopoly or some mundane game that we can all get addicted to/revolt against/throw into the ocean, seeing as every game of monopoly I've ever played has ended with a violent over-turning of the board.

So I found something a little funny and a little disturbing on youtube this morning. Some guy had made a slideshow using entierly my photos, which is fine, Im flattered to see that most of the time, but the thing was, he was pretending to BE me.

He said that me in Naruto cosplay was him and that me in Sasuke/L cosplay was his brother. Weird ne? What's worse is that he also stole 's Sakura photo and said she was his sister. There's one other Sakura cosplayer in his so called "slideshow of my cosplay" as well.

His user pic for youtube is also of me, and to add on to that he's been marking down and leaving odd comments on some of my friend's youtube accounts (not mine, which is strange). So to Mavi, uchihayuna and winged-maniac Im sorry some psyco is spramming your stuff. I went through all the videos he has marked down/spammed and marked them up and marked his comments as spam, so hopefully that all goes away ^__^;

Hopefully I'll get around to buying new tools, cause i DO wanna get back into drawing (afterrrr a 3 year haitus XD)

Let's just say that someone was bashing uchihayuna and I for being "pretencious 16 year olds who don't get enough attention from men so we try to get attention by saying we're lesibians" AND that " the internet doesnt need more lesbian couples and that we should grow up"....

I'm just paraphraseing (since we deleted the spam comments to avoid a debate (since i was SO CLOSE to argueing back) but... WHAT!? There were two seperate people who, once we deleted their original comments, they went through all our videos, marked down all the posative comments AND marked down our videos. again WHY!?

I would understand if it were critism,but flameing someone's lifestyle is NOT critisim, that's homophobia. If they wanted to judge us, they could at least get their facts stright.

I understand that people arent comfortable/okay with gays, however rationally, if they feel that way, they should avoid us, not attack us. We're not hurting anyone, and if we're gonna go to hell, then let us, that'll just leavemore room for them and their ignorant friends in heaven (not that im at all religious).

Be a homophobe if you want, I dont have a problem with it, just dont bring that hatred to me and my girlfriend. Keep it to yourself seeing as it is your beleif. I don't impose my beliefs on you, and it'snot ok for you to impose yours on me

Love isn't superficial, so why does gender matter? It's the person you're in love with, not the race, age, social standing or sex.
