Preparing for AE is getting into the home stretch now, I'm in a good position costume wise, having primarily little things and wigs to finish up.Things are pretty awkward at home atm, so I'm looking forward to AE as some time to take my mind off of household annoyances.

I'm also STILL trying to get a job, to no avail yet, it's getting rather frustrating, seeing as I NEED to start making money soon for everything we have planned for this summer. Here's hoping I get ONE of the jobs I've applied for.

~uchihayuna and I made two new videos this weekend in our new Maximum Ride cosplays, hopefully we'll be doing more with these ^_^

Stalker Problem Resolved

Because I've gotten 9 notes about this, I figured I'd mind as well make a short post. I've had a DA stalker over the past week who was claiming that I was her boyfriend and that she was coming to AE to "find me". Things got pretty out of hand to the point where it was clear that this individual might be a danger, so she was reported to DA by a few people, most notably !Keekerz and ~caineyamiyasha. She has since been banned, and I'm grateful to everyone who tried to reason with or took action against this individual.

When there's threats and harassment, stalking becomes serious. Luckily, DA was EXTREMELY responsive to the situation and I would like to give a huge thanks to the staff on DA. They know exactly how to deal with this stuff. They not only banned this person, but kept a record of the page and have told me that if anything persists I can contact them. I would urge anyone else who is in a similar situation to contact DA.
Also a huge thanks to the people who reported and tried to reason with this person.

No need for concern ^_^ It's all over now. I've got lots of people who've got my back

Back from Fanime!

FANIME WAS AWESOME!
Got back a little after midnight last night and woke up kinda early today cause of a weird, weird dream... BUT ANYWAY no it's time to start woriking toward AE in 2 weeks D;

Fanime was a fun con, smaller than I thought it would have been but it had a very friendly and chill atmosphere, and that was just what I had wanted for this con. Photos and videos will be going up in the next few weeks, but for now the highlights of the con!:

Back from the Sak

HAHAHAHAHAAHAH... ok maybe not so funny to anyone who hasn't stuck a crayon up their nose but I'm back from Sakura Con! Luckily I had no school today, so instead I'm at home with a sore throat :S which would be pretty shitty if it wasn't for the big pile of spring peas I found in my fridge XD

SAKURA CON WAS A BLASTTTT

Pre-Reg day went smoothly, handed out easter candy with.

in her Easter Town Sora in my Riku cosplay. I was the un-festive escort to her EXPLOSION OF EASTER-AWESOME. And nobody took candy from me T_T, i MADE a baby sora take candy from me, but everyone seemed to distrust Riku candy.

Friday had me and

in our Easter Town Sora and Riku again. i got black bunny ears in the dealers room, and looked even more lame XD IT WAS SWEETT
But even sweeter was when

arrived and we changed into our Code Geass cosplay with them. They were all so pretty as our Geass girls! Of course my Suzaku flight suit started molting off little pieces, and my earpiece hurt like a bitch but it was such a fantastic cosplay to be in. Hope to do more Geass and can't wait to see the photos that

took for us ^__^

Saturday was really awesome too

it was out FFX day and i was SO EXCITED to try out my new and improved Tidus cosplay. Woke up early with

to do my hair, and after battling with a straight icon I think it turned out well ^__^. Yuna and I got our protrait done by

and i couldn't stop stareing at it O.O seriously, i love how it turned out. We had out shoot and met up with

and hung out with her for a while. It was so fantastic to meet/hang with you! And thanks for the peeps XD they were... interesting XD.
Later that night Yuna and I changed into EasterTown Sora and Riku again and went to the cheescake factory with

, Marmbo, Brandon and Cruz. We ate about 5 bites then got full, then went back to the hotel to get ready for Sunday.

Oh Sunday. It was raining and I had to glue on my Black Star cosplay. Kinda a pretty shitty start to the day for several reasons, so Yuna and I changed early into camp Suzaku and finearts camp Lelouch. I love my new shorts XD. Wemet up with

and hung out with them and it was SO MUCH FUNNNNNNNN with fake blood and giving

and

AIDS with said fake blood in order to clense myself of said AIDS... because that's EXACTLY how it works. We also met

who were SO AWESOME and funt o hang out with. I'm so happy we got to meet you guys. :iconhoney-beat: I hope your hand is nice and blackened and un-washed and bacterially infected for next year, LAMINATE IT! And

, CHEST WAR MAN, and never forget that I'm out there, on a shark, doing flips and shit, making your every dream a reality with my voice of one-thousand salty pleasures.

.... NEVER FORGET, IN THE FUTURE, 20 MINUTES WILL BE HALF AND HOUR. And when that time comes, WE WILL ALL GO TO DISNEYLAND.

So with that we drove home and I slept like no other, should have pics going up soon

It's a week away, and I've got so much to do. Just when i thought I was close to being done, i remembered a whole ither pile of stuff that I need to do. It's like a floodgate opening, I was calm before but now I'm panicking... just a little XD
Oh well, got stuff for that now, so now it's time to kamikaze till sunday cause i just finished my final essay for the term too

When did this happen? When did Sakura Con get so close? For a while I thought i was doing well and then BAM! YOU SUCK! Time to work your ass off to finish in time. And then there's the unfortunate fact that I have exams Tuesday and Wednesday next week, that'll be an obstruction of cosplay-making justice. But he, what's a con without a little bit of a stress-induced hernia eh?

I'd like to LOVE THANK the 4 people who bought my stuff ^_^ and to all those who put in bids. This money is really going to help me since Sakura Con costumes have taken such an epic bite outta my bank account XD But what else would I spend my money on? So, here's the way I'm gonna set it up. Items will all be posted with a base price. If you're interested, and can pay for the item either by Paypal or money order/cheque (i prefer Paypal but whatever works works XD), send me a note with the item name and the price you are willing to pay for it. If more than one person wants an item, of course the highest bidder will win. If bids match, then I'll contact the highest bidders and we will continue from there. Gets your notes to me by this Sunday at the latest. Also note that I will not be sending items until i receive payment. Sounds easy? I hope so cause i often tend to over-complicate things XD. Hey everyone! Just finished off my math homework and decided to pose this question before going to bed, cause god knows I won't remember in the morning D:

If I were to sell my old Naruto jacket:

would anybody want to buy it? It was altered at the sleeves so they're 3/4 sleeves with large cuffs, like Naruto's and altered to fit my size better. The only reason i ended up getting a new one was because my old one was a little too big, so it would be an ideal fit for anyone a little bigger than I am. It's just folded in my room at my house, probably plotting to kill me so I figured I'd mind as well see if anyone was interested in buying.

I also have some manga and DVD's I'd like to sell as well, including:
Escaflowne collection DVDs
Gravitation series collection DVDs
Kiba season1 DVDs

The manga I can't remember for the life of me right now, but upon interest I'll post a full list, just wanted to inquuiiirreeeeee

I'm doing this, well, because I don't need this stuff and I'm going to need as much money as I can muster for the spend-a-thon coming up of SC, Fanime and the costumes in between

Cougar Con NOT REAL

Because of the amount of notes I've gotten asking when Cougar Con is, where the website is, when it is ect. I felt it was nessesary just to say that COUGAR CON IS NOT REAL. It was an inside joke from the weekend and the poll was part of it.

Cougar Con 2000, the number doesn't refer to the year, it's the number of years the "con" has been running... 2000 years... it predates anime and probably cons in general XD and it's run by a Cougar with a tophat and a monocle. Panels include how to marinate yourself for a Cougar and invitations come in the form of prophet dreams. Also, you don't go to Cougar Con, Cougar Con comes to you. And that was pretty much the joke...

Also PRAISE COUGAR.

So now that everyone's all caught up, no more notes and msn askings? ok good XD

Kei Kon Closer

Let's start with the week leading up to Kei Kon, shall we? One week prior to Kei Kon I suddenly realized that I had to make an entire costume and a half. So let's just say I was shitting myself trying to gather up all the materials and conjure up some motivation to sew. *Valdrein's mom was away for the week, and luckily we both had reading break from school, so I went to her house to sew Yue. Resolved to finish, I pulled an all nighter with her that will forever go down in history as the 2 days that Val and twin spent together without sleeping (although, we decided that if you don't sleep the days don't pass, so it was actually one giant day).
After finishing Yue, I decided to try to make butterfly wings... then I was asked if I wanted to make another cosplay for Kingdom Hearts for Kei Kon. And I said yes, because KH is better than sleep.
After 4 hours, we woke up and i went to class. After class I went to HQ where i finished sewing Fakir, making the butterfly wings and kamikazied all of my KH cosplay. And with all that done, I got 3 hrs of sleep.
For those of you keeping count sleep counter is now 7 hrs in 3 days.
On Thursday, ~uchihayuna had to pull an all nighter to finish her cosplays that just weren't co-operating. I have no idea what I was finishing... but i stayed up till 3 on msn with her then woke up at 7 not knowing that any time had passed. All i read on the msn screen was "I'm getting ready to leave soon", which confused the hell out of me because suddenly it was KEI KON!!!!
With the sleep counter at 11 hrs in 4 days, we boarded the ferry.

Shamone Ice Cream with *Valdrein and clam chowder for me, but lack of Rosie bread resulted in severe lack of satisfaction.

AND IT DID NOT END THERE.
But let's not get into that.
Kei Kon was a sleep-deprived blast! Sorry if people thought we were a little sleepy... because we were. We had to have little nap times on the couches XD But that just made everything more hysterical.

Was awesome to see Panada, Airika and gang again

MISS YOU GUYSSS
And I loved hanging out with ~BananaCatsPro, they're such sweet girls and awesome cosplayers. Really enjoyed the Princess Tutu shoot we got to have with you ^^
Was really sad that we missed out on having Princess Tutu shots with *douzocosplay and her group, hopefully we can get together for photos with you girls sometime!

All in all, great and fun and busy con.

And on a completely related note, *Weatherstone you should be in the kitchen making me a sandwich instead of reading this.

*SPECIAL NOTE* to everyone who has asked a Roxas/Naruto wig from me (kiriban wigs included) i simply CANNOT get that base wig anymore. I want to order some Punky and David wigs and try to style them. But money right now is strict and tight. I'm sorry, but all unpiad wig commissions will be put on hold. Paid wig commission (by Athrun for a Tea wig) will be completed next week if not this week.

Noticed recently that it's getting up there XD and i haven't had a kiriban in a while now.

So the next kiriban is set fooooorrrr 200 001
I'm hoping this will fuck people up who get 200 000 then notice the 1... because that's exactly what would happen to me XD jk

Anyways, the prize will be selection by the winner offfff:
- a video of your choosing involving me and anyone else in FDP in cosplay, out of cosplay WHATEVERS YOU WANT

- a photo under the same guidelines as abovvveeeee
- a wig tutorial of a wig or your choosing, depending on the wig and circumstances you might get it sent to you after it's done

Wig Tutorial

It's based on ~randomlyyellstuff's L wig, which is done btw. For her I've included finished product shots, in case she's interested on how her wig turned out. As soon as I've figured out what the best way to ship it is, it'll be in the mail

I hope everyone finds the tutorial helpful. I plan to put up more specialized and advanced tutorials at a later date. Just gotta have an excuse to do those kinds of wigs XD

Updates! Will do in organized secretary-like order to give impression that I'm on top of it:

1. Kiriban wigs ARE being worked on. First up are ~randomlyyellstuff's L and *DestinyJade's Alice. !DarkBlueSinger and ~SitarPlayerIX your wigs I need to order from the same place, and right now they dont have blond

so I'm biding my time, and if they don't get it in by the time I've shipped L and Alice, I will find another supplier. ~Toiea your Sakura wig will be after that, and ~SheerBliss I still haven't recived a request from you.

2. My fanfic is on a bit of a hiatus while Im working on last minute cosplays and upcoming wigs/cosplays. But I will continue it ^^

is almost at it's 69 000 kiriban!!! WOOT! Good luck to anyone who wants to catch it ^^

4. Finger is all healed, I is typing with it right now.

And that's about all the updates I can think of, sorry I've been so sluggish with the Kiriban prizes. I'm just chronically a "I'll do it tommorrow" type of person XD
