Can't you feel its pain?

When I was young, I used to watch Fern Gully on a bi-daily basis. After watching it, I would go into my backyard and save the rainforest 8D
Actually, funny story: My dad was cutting down a tree in our backyard one morning and I had just finished watching Fern Gully for the 50-something-th time. I hear the saw start up... AND I WOULD HAVE NONE OF THAT. I ran in front of the tree and told my dad he could NOT cut it down. After trying to reason with me that the tree was rotten and sick and should be cut down (to no avail) my dad gave up and apologized to me for trying to cut down the tree. We went inside and had lemonade or something.

... my dad cut down the tree a week later when I wasn't home. I never noticed until 7 years later when he told me the story XD
